Introduction: Liver transplantation (LT) for neuroendocrine tumor (NET) metastases is associated with a high risk of tumor recurrence. Patient selection is the key to future success and its increased utilization.

Aim(s): We report our institutional experience with four cases of LT performed for metastatic NET and propose a set of selection criteria based on the available literature.

Materials and methods: Retrospective review.
