Introduction: The value of surgical resection in the management of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (PNET) with liver metastases (LM) is still debated.

Aim(s): The aim of the study was to evaluate the outcomes of surgery of PNET with LM.

Materials and methods: Patients with PNET with LM (2000-2011) from 4 Institutions were included. Patients were divided into 3 groups (curative resection, palliative resection, and no resection).
