Multicenter Retrospective Analysis of Clinical and Pathological Features of Gallbladder and Extrahepatic Biliary Duct Neuroendocrine Neoplasm

Introduction: Primary neuroendocrine neoplasm of the gallbladder(GB) and extrahepatic biliary duct(EHBD) were considered as rare malignant tumors.

Aim(s): This study was to explore the clinical and pathological characteristics and prognostic features of GB and EHBD NEN.

Materials and methods: 18 GB-NEN and 2 EHBD-NEN were enrolled from February 2001 to April 2015.
