Multicenter Retrospective Analysis of Clinical and Pathological Features of Gastroesophageal Junction Neuroendocrine Neoplasm(GEJ-NEN) Abstract #1678

Introduction: GEJ-NEN is mostly poorly differentiated NEC with poor prognosis.
Aim(s): This study was to analyze the clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of Chinese patients with GEJ-NEN.
Materials and methods: The clinicopathological data of 205 patients with GEJ-NEN from 9 centers were retrospectively analyzed.

#1171 Clinical Characteristics and Treatment Outcome of Six Advanced G3 Well-Differentiated Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: According to 2010 WHO grading system, all neuroendocrine neoplasms were divided into G1/G2/G3 based on Ki-67 and mitotic count. However, differentiation was also very important for the biological behavior and treatment strategy.

#1290 PD-L1 Expression is Associated with Grade of Neuroendocrine Tumors
Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasms are divided into well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (WDNETs) and poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinomas (PDNECs).The correlation between Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (GEPNENs) and immunocheck point molecule-PD-L1 is still unclear now.
