Aim(s): Authors present retrospective monoinstitutional study of NEN in children and adolescents younger than 20 years of age treated in a pediatric cancer center within a period of 14 years.

Materials and methods: Retrospective analysis of 47 patients with NEN from four to 19 years of age. Median age 15 years for WDET, 14 years for NEC. Localization - appendix 42, jejunum 1, bronchi 1, liver 1, colon 1, neck 1. Histopathology - 43 WDET G1, 2 WDET G 2 and 2 NEC. All NEN are characteriued and treated according to ENETS Guidelines. All patients with WDET (appendix and jejunum) underwent R0 resection of the tumor, one girl with liver mets achieved CR after LTX.
