NET Patient Experience Satisfaction Survey

To enrich the ENETS CoE programme and increase patient feedback at centers, ENETS initiated this project in collaboration with IQVIA in the UK in 2018 during its Advisory Board Meeting in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. The aim was to create a service to ENETS CoE and help assist and encourage them to gather patient feedback for their annual return data. The questionnaire is anonymous and is designed to be filled out by patients, who are being trested at an ENETS Center of Excellence.

The questionnaire was originally tested in English, and is meanwhile available in validated and tested versions in 8 languages. This is an ENETS service to all Centers of Excellence, currently 57 ENETS Centers of Excellence are actively participating in this project.

Purpose of the survey

The purpose of the survey is to provide information which can help ENETS monitor and improve the future quality of health services and social care for people with neuroendocrine tumors who present at specialist NET Centers (CoEs).

The questionnaire is available in English, Dutch, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian and Spanish. We are currently in the process of testing the questionnaire and rolling it out in Danish, Hebrew, Norwegian and Polish.

If you are a patient and would like to take part in this questionnaire, please contact the ENETS Center of Excellence you are being treated at.

If you work for an ENETS Center of Excellence (CoE) and would like to be involved in this project, please contact the ENETS Office ([email protected]).
