Francesco Panzuto is a Senior Physician and Assistant Professor of Gastroenterologist with a PhD in Digestive Oncology at the Sapienza University of Rome, Faculty of Medicine and Psychology, Sant'Andrea University Hospital (Italy). His major research focus is on neuroendocrine tumors. He is the Chair of the Italian Association of Neuroendocrine Tumors (Itanet) since 2022. He is a member of the ENETS Advisory Board and its current chairman, and the Coordinator of the ENETS Center of Excellence of Rome (Sant'Andrea site) since 2018. He has been an ENETS member since 2005, being involved in the CHD/CS task force, the educational team, and the ENETS database working group.
