Population Pharmacokinetic (PK) Analysis of Lanreotide Autogel (LAN) in the Treatment of Patients (pts) with NETs: Pooled Analysis of Four Clinical Trials

Introduction: LAN provide antitumor effects and symptom control in NET pts.
Aim(s): To characterize the PK of LAN 60, 90, or 120 mg SC injections every 4 wks in NET pts.
Materials and methods: 1541 serum concentrations were obtained from 290 pts and analyzed simultaneously using a population approach with NONMEM v7.2 software. The evaluated covariates included demographics, renal and hepatic function, and disease characteristics.
