Introduction: Research on the risk factors of metastasis of gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (g-NENs) is rare in China.

Aim(s): To investigate the risk factors for the metastasis of g-NENs in China.

Materials and methods: We recruited g-NENs patients with a pathological diagnosis from 23 hospitals. Their demographic information, risk factors, clinical characteristics, and pathological diagnosis were collected.
