Screening of Differentially Expressed Genes in Gastric Neuroendocrine Neoplasms Based on Human Transcriptome Array

#2031

Introduction: Gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (g-NENs) are a heterogeneous group of tumors.

Aim(s): We tried to explore its underlying pathogenesis based on transcriptome array.

Materials and methods: We utilized Human Transcriptome Array 2.0 to screen the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in g-NENs by using three g-NEN tissues and adjacent normal gastric tissues. The gene ontology (GO) analysis, including biological process, molecular function and cellular component analysis, was performed to uncover the biological functions of DEGs. The kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) pathway enrichment analysis was used to find out the related signal pathways.
