The Role of Hepatic Intra-arterial Therapies in Metastatic Neuroendocrine Tumours (NETs): A Specialist Center Experience.

#1293

Introduction: Liver metastases are relatively common in patients with NETs, having a negative impact on prognosis. The options for selective liver metastases therapy are limited to catheter guided procedures: TACE, TAE or SIRT. Data regarding the effectiveness & safety of these procedures in different types of NETs is limited.

Aim(s): To explore the clinical outcome, survival and safety profile of catheter-guided therapies for liver metastases in a group of NETs patients of different origin.

Materials and methods: Retrospective case series of consecutive patients treated at a single tertiary university medical center from 2005 to 2015.
