ENETS Publications

New ENETS Guidance Paper

We are pleased to announce the publication of the ninth ENETS guidance paper in the Journal of Neuroendocrinology, focusing on the diagnosis and management of lung and thymic carcinoids.

This paper provides practical, evidence-graded recommendations, addressing key clinical questions in a structured question-and-answer format. It is freely available open access.

NENs Policy Recommendations

At the 2024 ENETS Annual Conference, a roundtable discussion brought together physicians, patients and EU policymakers to address key barriers to high-quality NEN care across Europe, aligned with the 2023 ENETS-endorsed publication.

ENETS extends its thanks to all contributors and is pleased to support this important initiative.

SurvivApp Study

ENETS is proud to announce the publication of the ENETS-endorsed SurvivApp study, titled “Hemicolectomy versus Appendectomy for Patients with Appendiceal Neuroendocrine Tumours 1–2 cm in Size: A Retrospective, Europe-wide, Pooled Cohort Study” in Lancet Oncology.

We congratulate and thank everyone involved in this important research and are delighted to have supported this significant initiative.

The paper is part of the Controversies in Neuroendocrine Neoplasms series and provides expert consensus on a clinically relevant question in an area of ongoing debate. It is available to ENETS members via myENETS.
