#2820 Efficacy of Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy for Esthesioneuroblastoma

Introduction: Esthesioneuroblastoma (ENB) is a rare malignancy with limited therapeutic options when unresectable or metastatic. The overexpression of cell-surface somatostatin receptors in ENB is a potential molecular target making it amenable to peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT). High-level evidence supporting PRRT has been published for unresectable gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours; however, data is limited for PRRT efficacy for ENB.

#1414 Non-functioning Adrenal Composite Pheochromocytoma-Ganglioneuroma Simultaneous with Subclinical Cushing's Syndrome Due to Contralateral Adrenal Hyperplasia - An Unusual Presentation

Introduction: “Composite” pheochromocytoma is a rare tumor, consisting of pheochromocytoma and neuroblastic tumors. The definite diagnosis is histological. Subclinical Cushing's syndrome refers to autonomous glucocorticoid production without specific signs and symptoms of Cushing's syndrome.

#443 Neuroendocrine Carcinoma (NEC) and Composite Exocrine-Neuroendocrine Carcinoma (CENEC) of the Stomach: A Clinicopathological Review of 58 Cases

Introduction: NEC of the stomach is an uncommon tumor accounting for 0.5% of all gastric carcinomas and about 6% of gastric NETs. CENEC contain both areas of NEC and conventional carcinoma. The histological diagnosis is difficult.
