Introduction: RTL targeted somatostatin receptors is increasingly available. Individual dosimetry performed during RLT of NET may enable to achieve better results of therapy with maintaining its safety.

#4356 Assessment of medium- and long-term side effects of Lu-177 treatment in patients with neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: PRRT with Lu-177 has advanced the treatment of neuroendocrine tumours (NETs), adding a valuable tool against them. This study aims to assess its long-term impact, especially on the most radio-exposed organs—kidneys and bone marrow—and the reproducibility of in vivo clinical trial results (PFS).

#4115 Neoadjuvant PRRT with 90Y-DOTATOC: Preliminary results from a monocentric perspective study

Introduction: Surgery is considered the only curative treatment for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs), but it is feasible only in a few patients. A new possible strategy in pNETs is preoperative PRRT, as its cytoreductive effect could increase the efficacy of surgery.

#3792 Validation of a single time-point estimates of 177Lu-PRRT absorbed doses and impact on patient management for 192 therapies

Introduction: Dosimetry calculation after 177Lu-DOTA-TATE Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) enables to estimate radiation doses absorbed by normal organs and target lesions. Previously, we described a newly developed model to predict absorbed doses (ADs) from a single post-treatment study with good accuracy as compared to the standard multiple time-points protocol.
