#2196 The Neuroendocrine Phenotype, Genomic Profile, and Therapeutic Sensitivity of GEPNET Cell Lines

Introduction: Patient tumour-derived cell lines have been widely used for studying the molecular mechanisms of tumours and their response to therapy. The establishment of cell lines from gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (GEPNETs) has proved difficult, but despite the challenges a limited amount of cell lines now exists.

#2074 The Risk of Secondary Primary Colorectal Adenocarcinomas Is Not Increased among Patients with Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors – A Nationwide Population Based Study

Introduction: It has been suggested that secondary primary colorectal adenocarcinomas (SPCA) occur more often than normal in patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs).

#2045 Perioperative Outcomes of Surgery for Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms in Germany

Introduction: The incidence of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms(pNEN) is increasing and the perioperative outcomes of specialized centers are favourable.

#2044 Are Current ENETS Guidelines for Surgery of Small (< 2cm) Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms Implemented in German Surgical Community?

Introduction: According to ENETS guidelines small(<2cm) pNEN should be operated laparoscopically with parenchyma-sparing resection without formal lymphadenectomy.

#2003 Comparison of Glucagon-Like-Peptide-1 (GLP-1) Receptor PET/CT, SPECT/CT and 3T MRI for the Localisation of Insulinomas: Evaluation of Accuracy in a Prospective Crossover Imaging Study

Introduction: Benign insulinomas are the most prevalent cause of endogenous hyperinsulinaemic hypoglycaemia (EHH) in adults and due to their small size difficult to localise.
