Call for Study Proposals

Researchers are invited to submit study proposals using data from the ENETS Database. Proposals are welcome for Level I, Level II, and Level III studies, supporting collaborative research across the ENETS network and advancing high-quality evidence in neuroendocrine neoplasms.

Dear Researchers,

ENETS invites submissions of study proposals utilising data from the ENETS Database. Proposals are welcome for Level I, Level II, and Level III studies:

  • Level I studies, using minimal datasets
  • Level II studies, based on extended datasets
  • Level III studies, requiring specialised datasets beyond the current database structure

Researchers wishing to submit a proposal are required to complete the ENETS Study Protocol Template and follow the ENETS Database Publication Rules, available for download below.

Proposal requirements:

Please submit:

  • Completed Study Protocol Template (fillable Word document – please download and complete the template provided below)
  • Confirmation of ethical approval to conduct the study
  • Any supporting documentation, where applicable

How to submit:

Please submit your complete proposal via email to the ENETS Database Team at database@enets.org. Attachments should include the completed study protocol template and any supporting documentation, where applicable.

All proposals will be evaluated by the ENETS DB Core Group, and applicants will be notified of the Committee’s decision following review.
