NET Patient Satisfaction Survey

The ENETS Patient Satisfaction (PatSat) Survey was developed as part of the ENETS PREM initiative and conducted online from 2022 to 2024. It supported CoEs in collecting structured patient feedback for their annual return.

The aim of the survey is to generate meaningful insights that help ENETS monitor and improve the quality of care and support offered to people with neuroendocrine tumours at specialist NET Centres.

PatSat Survey – now available to all NET centres

The ENETS online survey has now been discontinued. However, ENETS is pleased to make the PatSat Survey publicly available to all interested centres, regardless of CoE status. Centres are welcome to use the questionnaire — either in full or in part — as a basis for conducting their own patient satisfaction surveys, whether offline or online.

Languages

The questionnaire is available in the following 11 languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Hebrew, and Polish.
