#1054 Radioembolization with 90Y-Labelled Resin Microspheres in Patients with Liver Metastases from Neuroendocrine Tumors

Introduction: Hepatic arterial embolization with 90Y-labelled microspheres is a method of delivering radioactivity to liver tumors, that has been used to treat primary hepatocellular carcinomas and liver metastases from colorectal carcinomas and neuroendocrine tumors.

Introduction: Thymic carcinoids are uncommon but malignant tumors, usually associated with a poor prognosis. The number of cases reported is limited to a few hundred and there are few prognostic factors available.
