#4244 Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation profiling for minimally invasive cancer detection in patients with Extra-Pulmonary NeuroEndocrine Carcinoma (EP-NEC)

Introduction: Robust biomarkers to aid clinical management of patients (pts) with EP-NEC are lacking. cfDNA methylation profiling has shown higher sensitivity/specificity than cfDNA genome profiling in diagnosing and classifying various cancers, including Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC).

Keywords: Extra-Pulmonary NeuroEndocrine Carcinoma, cfDNA, methylation profililing, biomarker,

#4005 Camrelizumab plus chemotherapy as first-line treatment for advanced extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma: An investigator-initiated phase 2 study (CAMEC trial)

Introduction: The standard chemotherapy composed of etoposide and cisplatin/carboplatin (EP/EC) for extra-pulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) is of limited efficacy.

#2875 Immunotherapy as Second-line Treatment in Grade 3 Neuroendocrine Carcinomas: A Prospective Case Series from an ENETS Center of Excellence

Introduction: Metastatic WHO grade 3 extra-pulmonary neuroendocrine carcinomas (EP-NEC) have a poor prognosis and optimal treatment after first-line platinum-etoposide chemotherapy remains unclear. A recent, small phase II study combining ipilimumab and nivolumab showed promising results
