#4013 A phase 3 randomised study of 177Lu-edotreotide or everolimus in patients with advanced neuroendocrine tumors of lung or thymic origin (LEVEL, GETNE-T2217)

Introduction: Retrospective data for peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) have demonstrated promising activity in somatostatin receptor (SSTR)-positive lung neuroendocrine tumors (NETs).

#3781 Prognostic factors in patients with advanced neuroendocrine neoplasia treated with radiopeptides (PRRT) – Data from the national registry SEPTRALU

Introduction: PRRT is established in the treatment repertoire for advanced neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) expressing somatostatin receptors, without strong evidence for other factors influencing their activity.

#3569 Outcomes of Streptozotocin (STZ)-based chemotherapy (CT) in patients with advanced pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs): Data from the Spanish Taskforce of Neuroendocrine and Endocrine Tumors (GETNE) national registry (R-GETNE)

Introduction: STZ-based CT has been used for advanced pNETs with rapid growth, high tumor load or progression to somatostatin analogues (SSA). Evidence supporting use of STZ-based CT in pNET is mainly retrospective, and there is an unmet need of prospective trials in this setting. We present data from the R-GETNE regarding the use of STZ in spanish centers.

#3562 Prognostic factors in stage I-III adrenocortical cancer (ACC): Data of 230 patients from the ICARO_GETHI/SEEN registry

Introduction: The scientific evidence on adjuvant treatment of adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is scarce and based on a retrospective Italian-German series.

#3537 177Lu-DOTATATE (PRRT) in the treatment of patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEPNETs) versus other tumors

Introduction: 177Lu-DOTATATE (PRRT) treatment is indicated in Spain in GEPNET but its activity in other somatostatin receptor-positive tumors is known.
