#4589 Clinical efficacy of RLT to assess OS and PFS using 177Lu DOTATATE, 90Y DOTATATE, and a mixture of both in patients with advanced, unresectable, progressive rectal NET – A retrospective analysis

Introduction: Retrospective, single-arm, open-label, case series study evaluating the efficacy of different types of radioligand therapy (RLT): 177Lu, 90Y DOTATATE, or mix of both used in advanced, unresectable progressive rectal NETG1/G2.

#4345 Real-life results of the treatment with lutetium in advanced neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: Therapy using lutetium-177 dotatate (177LU) was approved in Europe in 2017 for the treatment of advanced neuroendocrine tumours (NETs). Since then, it has become part of the strategies for treating NETs, making it now possible to evaluate real-life results.

#4204 Personalised dosimetry as a key for optimising radioligand therapy (RLT) with [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-TATE or [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-TATE and [90Y]Y-DOTA-TATE in patients with neuroendocrine tumors – The DUONEN multicenter study

Introduction: To date, there is no clear consensus on the optimal RLT regimen. In theory, simultaneous use of two radionuclides with different energy and radiation ranges should be more effective than monotherapy. Individually tailored dosimetry may improve the results of RLT while maintaining its safety.

#4161 177Lu-DOTATATE (177Lu) efficacy in metastatic well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumors (wdNET): Differences in response according to metastases (met) location

Introduction: Treatment with 177Lu is standard of care for wdNET with high somatostatin receptor expression. Patterns of response could differ between hepatic (hep) and extrahepatic (ehep) met.
