#3704 Impact of surgical approach on short- and long-term outcomes in gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine carcinomas

Introduction: Complete resection is the cornerstone of curative-intent treatment for gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine carcinomas (GEP-NECs) without distant metastases. However, there is a paucity of data on the impact of recent advancements in minimally invasive surgery (MIS), such as the utilization of laparoscopic and robotic approaches, on GEP-NEC patients’ outcomes.
