#3874 Ileum NET lost to follow-up due to COVID-19 pandemic presents with multiple metastases and severe carcinoid syndrome

Introduction: Small bowel neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) arise from the diffuse neuroendocrine system. These are often diagnosed as a result of acute symptomatology such as bowel obstruction and are the most common cause of carcinoid syndrome (CS) due to liver metastases (LM).
