#4136 Peptide receptor radionuclide treatment in an outpatient setting – A single center experience

Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) is an important treatment option for somatostatin receptor expressing non-resectable neuroendocrine tumors. Traditionally, this therapy has been provided as inpatient care. PRRT has been offered by Oslo University Hospital from November 2019, and organized mainly as outpatient care.

#4024 Management of unresectable insulinoma using cloud-based continuous glucose monitoring: A case report

Introduction: Insulinomas are a rare type of functioning neuroendocrine tumors. Once diagnosed, maintaining normal glycaemic control can be difficult to achieve. Continuous or flash glucose monitoring are now routinely used in the management of type 1 diabetes.

#3571 A multicentric randomized phase II trial of CAPTEM (CT) or Folfiri (F) as second-line therapy in neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC) and exploratory analysis of predictive role of PET imaging and biological markers (SENECA Study)

Introduction: No standard 2nd line treatment has been validated in patients (pts) with metastatic or locally advanced, non-resectable, grade 3 gastroenteropancreatic (GEP) and lung NEC after first-line platinum therapy. Furthemore more accurate prognostic biomarkers are needed.

#3495 PFS evaluation in patients with advanced, non-resectable, progressive GEP-NET treated using combine radioligand/PRRT and CAPTEM therapy

Introduction: Prospective, single-arm, open-label, case series study with assessment the efficacy and safety of combined radioligand therapy (RLT/PRRT) and CAPTEM in advanced, non-resectable progressive GEP-NET (NCT04194125).
