#4420 Nab-paclitaxel plus bevacizumab for patients with previously treated, metastatic extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinomas (EP-NECs): A multicentre, open-label, phase II trial

Introduction: No standard therapies beyond first line are established for advanced EP-NECs. Paclitaxel is also active in NECs however there is no data on the role of nab-paclitaxel.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Zhang P

Authors: Zhang P, Li S, Li J, Shen L, Lu M,

Keywords: extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma, nab-paclitaxel, bevacizumab,

#4392 Updated results of first-line chemotherapy combined with an immune checkpoint inhibitor for advanced extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinoma: A single arm, phase II study

Introduction: NEC is a rare, aggressive cancer with limited response to standard first-line chemo (etoposide + cisplatin/carboplatin, EP/EC).

Conference:

Presenting Author:

Authors: Cao D, Li X, Li R, Wang X, Yang Y,

Keywords: neuroendocrine carcinoma, First-line, chemotherapy, camrelizumab,

#4244 Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation profiling for minimally invasive cancer detection in patients with Extra-Pulmonary NeuroEndocrine Carcinoma (EP-NEC)

Introduction: Robust biomarkers to aid clinical management of patients (pts) with EP-NEC are lacking. cfDNA methylation profiling has shown higher sensitivity/specificity than cfDNA genome profiling in diagnosing and classifying various cancers, including Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC).

Conference:

Presenting Author: Frizziero M

Authors: Frizziero M, Pearce S, Clipson A, Rothwe D, Mouliere F,

Keywords: Extra-Pulmonary NeuroEndocrine Carcinoma, cfDNA, methylation profililing, biomarker,

#4019 Updated data from a phase I trial of the DLL3/CD3 IgG-like T-cell engager BI 764532 in patients (pts) with DLL3-positive (+) tumors: Focus on extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinomas (epNECs)

Introduction: DLL3 is expressed on several cancers including epNECs. BI 764532 is a DLL3/CD3 IgG-like T-cell engager. NCT04429087 is a Phase I trial of BI 764532 in pts with locally advanced/metastatic DLL3+ small-cell lung cancer, epNEC or large-cell neuroendocrine lung carcinoma. Here we focus on pts with epNEC.
