#3277 Single-institution experience with 18F-DOPA and 68Ga-DOTA-TOC as a PET imaging tracer for peptide receptor radionuclide therapy in well-differentiated neuroendocrine neoplasms

Introduction: In treatment of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs), confirmation of somatostatin receptor affinity with 68Ga-DOTA, is mandatory to determine eligibility for peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT). 18F-FDOPA tracer is also used in the diagnostic imaging of NENs, likely detecting additional lesions compared to 68Ga-DOTA.

#2076 Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumor in Polish Population with MEN 1 Syndrome

Introduction: The multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN 1) is a genetically conditioned syndrome which is characterised by usually mild parathyroid and pituary gland adenomas, pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET). The last appear in 30-70% of MEN 1 patients being main life-threatening manifstation among MEN 1 patients. The prognosis might improve by presymptomatic tumor detection.

#541 Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) is a Helpful Tool to Predict the Effectiveness of Somatostatin Analogues in Patients with Liver Metastases From Neuroendocrine Tumors

Introduction: Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS) allows characterization of the micro-vascularization of tumor lesions. Liver metastases (LM) from neuroendocrine tumors (NET) show a typical pattern on CEUS, consistent with a rapid, intense and homogeneous enhancement (hypervascular pattern) in the arterial phase.
