A case of night blindness from vitamin A deficiency

Introduction: Somatostatin analogues (SSA's) and bile acid sequestrant (BAS) treatment can cause fat soluble vitamin (FSV) deficiency. There are few published case reports of vitamin A deficiency and night blindness (NB) in neuroendocrine cancer (NC).
Aim(s): We report data from a patient with pancreatic exocrine insufficiency (PEI) and bile acid malabsorption (BAM).
Materials and methods: A case report of a 74-year-old male.
