Analysis of clinical features and prognosis of 195 cases of gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours
#4376
Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours are most common in the stomach and pancreas. With the Ki-67 positive index of NET G3 and NEC both above 20%, there is a view that NET G3 will not evolve into NEC.
Aim(s): To investigate the clinical features and prognosis of GEP-NENs and compare the survival difference between NET G3 and NEC.
Materials and methods: A total of 195 cases of gastrointestinal and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from June 2015 to December 2022 were collected. The clinical features and prognosis of NET G3 and NEC were analysed retrospectively.
