#3302

Introduction: Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) are a group of heterogeneous and rare malignant tumors originating from peptidergic neurons and neuroendocrine cells. According to the US SEER data report, the incidence of NENs increased from 1.09 per 100,000 in 1973 to 6.98 per 100,000 in 2012, especially gastric neuroendocrine tumors (G-NEN) have increased 15-fold in recent decades and reached 4.85/1,000,000 in 2014.

Aim(s): To investigate the clinicopathological characteristics, treatment and prognostic factors of 232 patients with gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma.

Materials and methods: The clinical data of a total of 232 patients with G-NEC in 7 centers of China from March 2007 to November 2019 were analysed retrospectively, and regular follow-ups were conducted through telephone, outpatient, and hospitalization, and SPSS software was used for data analysis.
