Case series: Tuberous sclerosis associated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours at a tertiary centre

#4641

Introduction: Tuberous sclerosis (TSC) is an autosomal dominant condition which can increase the risk of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (PanNETs) (1). Patients with TSC undergo screening for renal tumours which may include pancreatic imaging (2). There are currently no screening guidelines for PanNETs in patients with TSC.

Aim(s): We aimed to review four cases of TSC associated PanNETs at a single tertiary centre.

Materials and methods: A retrospective of four patients was conducted. Data were abstracted from histopathology reports and medical records.
