Introduction: Rectal neuroendocrine neoplasms (rNEN) require more evidence on its clinical characteristics, therapeutics and prognosis.

Aim(s): We aimed to illustrate the issue through a large-sample cohort study of rNEN.

Materials and methods: Data were retrospectively collected in diagnosed as rNEN in a high-volume institution in China last decade.
