Introduction: To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of patients with gastric mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma(MANEC)．

Aim(s): To investigate the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors of patients with gastric mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma(MANEC)．

Materials and methods: The clinical and pathological data of 14 gastric MANEC patients who were admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University from December 2014 to December 2015 were analyzed retrospectively.
