Clinical significance of interval imaging in patients with well-differentiated neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) receiving peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT)
#4660
Introduction: PRRT is an effective therapy for advanced NENs with SSTR-avid disease, however, the role of interval imaging in between PRRT cycles and its benefit is unknown.
Aim(s): To investigate the correlation of radiographic response on interval imaging with response on first post-PRRT imaging.
Materials and methods: We analysed patient and treatment characteristics and radiographic responses among patients who received Lu-177-DOTATATE PRRT and underwent conventional interval imaging with CT or MRI. Response was classified as partial response (PR), stable disease (SD), progressive disease (PD) or mixed.
