Clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of 581 cases of hepatic neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: Hepatic neuroendocrine tumours (PHNETs) are a rare type of liver tumour that originate from neuroendocrine cells in the liver. Compared to other types of liver tumours such as hepatocellular carcinoma, research on PHNETs is relatively scarce.
Aim(s): Analysis of clinicopathologic features and prognosis of hepatic neuroendocrine tumours.
Materials and methods: Obtain clinical data of 581 patients diagnosed with hepatic neuroendocrine tumours from 2000 to 2019 through the SEER database. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software.
