#3597
Introduction: Gastric neuroendocrine carcinoma(G-NEC) is a highly malignant and rare tumor, and most early-stage patients are asymptomatic. Most of the patients are diagnosed at an advanced stage, have distant metastasis, lost the best chance of surgery, and have a high mortality rate.
Aim(s): To investigate the clinicopathological features and prognostic factors of 73 patients with G-NEC complicated with liver metastases.
Materials and methods: The clinical data of 73 patients with G-NEC complicated with liver metastases were retrospectively analysed, and SPSS software was used for data analysis.
