#3293

Introduction: Type 3 gastric neuroendocrine tumor (NET) are a rare tumor and its high-risk factors of lymph node metastasis remain unclear.

Aim(s): To analyse the clinicopathological features of type 3 gastric neuroendocrine tumor (NET) without distant metastasis and to explore the factors of lymph node metastasis.

Materials and methods: Data of 36 patients with type 3 gastric NET without metastasis from March 2016 to May 2019 in China Japan Friendship Hospital were retrospectively analysed, and the logistic regression model was performed to analyse the factors of lymph node metastasis.
