Clinicopathological features, treatment, and prognostic analysis of patients with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms – A nation-wide clinical epidemiological study in China
#3615
Introduction: Nation-wide clinical epidemiological study on gastrointestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms (GI-NEN) in China is rare.
Aim(s): To assess clinicopathological features and treatment options of GI-NEN patients and explore the clinical factors affecting the five-year survival after surgery.
Materials and methods: In this hospital-based multicenter study, we retrospectively collected medical and survival data from GI-NEN patients enrolled in 21 hospitals. Multivariate logistic regression analyses were conducted to estimate the risk ratio (RR) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI) for the 5-year risk of death after surgery.
