Cystic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors: Rare but more common?

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms uncommonly present as cystic lesions. Biological features of cystic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (cpNET) remain unclear.
Aim(s): To assess the incidence and behaviour of cpNET in our cohort.
Materials and methods: Patients who underwent pancreatic resections for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) in our institution between January 2003 and Novembre 2023 were selected. Information regarding clinical and pathological variables and follow up were collected.
