Development and validation of a nomogram to predict survival of colorectal mixed neuroendocrine–non-neuroendocrine neoplasm

#3431

Introduction: Colorectal mixed neuroendocrine–non-neuroendocrine neoplasm(MiNENs) are rare tumors that lack a prognostic prediction model.

Aim(s): The aim of this study was to establish comprehensive and effective survival predicting models of this rare disease.

Materials and methods: Patients with colorectal MiNENs registered in the SEER database were included. Univariate and multivariate Cox analyses were used to screen out significant variables for the construction of nomograms. The discrimination and calibration were carried out using calibration plots, concordance indexes(C‐indexes), and area under receiver operating characteristic curves(AUCs). Decision curve analysis(DCA)was used to compare the clinical applicability of the nomograms, TNM stage, SEER stage and ENETS stage.
