Diagnostic work-up and surgical management of insulinoma: A single-center retrospective analysis of 74 cases

#3154

Introduction: Insulinomas can be challenging in terms of clinical presentation, diagnostic work-up and surgical management. Preoperative localization represents a major clinical issue that may require invasive procedures.

Aim(s): To describe diagnostic work-up, surgical management and postoperative outcomes in a cohort of patients operated for insulinoma.

Materials and methods: Consecutive patients who underwent surgery for insulinoma (2008-2019) were included (n=74).
