Introduction: Digestive neuroendocrine tumors are a specific tumor entity because of its rarity they represent 1% of all digestive tumors and its heterogeneity both clinical and biological.

Aim(s): To describe the diagnostic and therapeutic management of digestive neuroendocrine tumors at the oncology center of Annaba University Hospital, Algeria, through a series of 43 cases.

Materials and methods: This was a rectrospective study spreaded over a period of 7 years from January 2016 to December 2022.
