DLL3 determination and immune milieu characterization in Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (NENs)

Introduction: High DLL3 expression in NENs may be used to activate the immune system by redirecting T cells via bispecific T cell engager (BITE) antibodies.

Aim(s): To determinate DLL3 expression and characterize lymphocyte infiltration in patients with NENs.

Materials and methods: Determination of DLL3, CD3, CD4 and CD8 was done using SP347, 2GV6, SP35 and SP57 antibodies respectively (Ventana) in FFPE samples. DLL3 expression is reported as percentage and H Score (HS). Lymphocyte infiltration is reported as density (cells/mm2).
