Duodenopancreatic neuroendocrine tumour in MEN1: Gender difference and survival rates

Introduction: Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) is the most common inherited syndrome associated with NET development and metastatic duodenal-pancreatic (DP) NET is the main cause of death.
Aim(s): This study aims to analyse gender difference and survival rates in a single cohort of MEN1 patients affected by DP-NET.
Materials and methods: Retrospective analysis was conducted on patients with MEN1 referred to ENETS CoE of the University Federico II of Naples.
