Effects of curcumin on proliferation of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor cells
#3595
Introduction: Medical studies have shown that curcumin has the effects of lowering blood lipids, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, choleretic and antioxidant. In recent years, domestic and foreign studies have reported that curcumin has an increasingly prominent effect on inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells, but the effect of curcumin on pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor cells has not been studied.
Aim(s): To study the effect of curcumin on the proliferation of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor QGP-1 cells.
Materials and methods: The proliferation of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor QGP-1 cells was observed by CCK-8 and plate cloning experiments, and the migration of cells was observed by scratch test.
