Efficacy of Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy in Patients with Advanced Bronchial Neuroendocrine Tumours

Introduction: There is not established treatment pathway in advanced bronchial neuroendocrine tumours(bNETs).

Aim(s): To assess efficacy of Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy(PRRT) on bNETs.

Materials and methods: A retrospective analysis included 22 patients with bNETs,progressing despite previous treatment,who received PRRT.Symptomatic improvement,biochemical improvement[>50% decrease in Chromogranin A levels],time to disease progression(TTP) and renal and bone marrow toxicity(WHO criteria) were assessed.
