Introduction: The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor Receptor 3 (VEGFR3) and phospho-VEGFR3 (pVEGFR3) in gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP-NEN) and their clinical significance are still unknown.

Aim(s): To evaluate the expression of VEGFR3 and pVEGFR3 in GEP-NEN and their clinical significance.

Materials and methods: 244 specimens with GEP-NEN were examined. VEGFR3 and pVEGFR3 expression were detected using immunohistochemistry.
