Genomic Landscape of Neuroendocrine Neoplasms from Gastrointestinal Tract, Pancreas, Lung, Rare and Unknown Primary Locations
#2952
Introduction: There are still few large-scale sequencing data to depict the genomic landscape of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN).
Aim(s): To investigate the genomic characteristics and their clinical significance in NEN.
Materials and methods: This study of next-generation sequencing included patients with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumor (GI-NET), pancreatic NET (panNET), colorectal neuroendocrine carcinoma (CR-NEC), lung-NET, lung-NEC, prostate-NEC, rare-NET, NET of unknown primary (NET, NOS) and NEC of unknown primary (NEC, NOS) retrieved from AACR GENIE Database. Survival data was collected from cBioPortal.
