Hepatic cytoreduction in advanced lung neuroendocrine neoplasms: A single institutional case series
#4584
Introduction: Role of hepatic cytoreductive surgery in well-differentiated gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) with liver metastases is well-described, however, its role in advanced lung NENs with liver metastases is unknown.
Aim(s): To describe the safety and efficacy of hepatic cytoreductive surgery in lung NENs.
Materials and methods: Patients with lung NENs undergoing hepatic cytoreductive surgery at our institution were identified. Descriptive statistical analyses were performed using RStudio®.
