Introduction: Insulinomas are the most frequent functioning pancreatic endocrine tumors

Aim(s): ultrastructural study of insulinomas

Materials and methods: The material from 38 patients were studied. The average age was 48.2, M/F -10/28. The average tumor's size was 2cm (0,8 to 5,5). G1 tumors were in 95%cases, G2-5%, G3 wasn't present All tumors were clinical benign
