Long-term stabilization in a patient with neuroendocrine carcinoma of the laryngopharynx after systemic treatment

Introduction: A clinical case of a patient with neuroendocrine cancer of the laryngopharynx with an initially aggressive course is presented.
Aim(s): Show a case report of treatment of neuroendocrine cancer of the larynx with long-term stabilization of the tumor process.
Materials and methods: A patient born in 1939 since August 2018 has complained of a hoarse voice. Diagnosed with neuroendocrine large cell carcinoma with damage to the larynx. Main diagnosis: Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the laryngopharynx cT2N1M0. Complication of the disease: pain syndrome 1-2 tbsp, dysphagia 2 tbsp. Concomitant diseases: ischemic heart disease. Chronic gastritis, without exacerbation. Histological examinationfrom 31.01.19 - undifferentiated malignant tumor, most likely squamous cell carcinoma G3. Histological examination from 02/05/19- large cell neuroendocrine cancer, Ki 67-50%. On March 28, 19, the first line of chemotherapy was started according to the etopazide + carboplatin regimen.
